About Sabine

Twenty years, six blocks, no relocation specialty.

Sabine Hart got her license in 2006 and has never worked outside Birchwood. She grew up two streets over from where her office is now, on Linden Way, in a house with the same floor plan as half the listings on this board. She still walks the neighborhood most evenings, which is how she knows which basements flood before the sellers mention it.

The Neighborhood

What the listing sheet leaves out.

Birchwood feeds into Fenwick USD 12, zoned for Birchwood Elementary and, three miles south, Fenwick Consolidated Middle and High. The creek path along Kettle Creek Road is walkable from most of the neighborhood and floods the low stretch near Alder Street most Marches — ask before you buy anything within two blocks of it. Orchard Lane’s oaks are original to the 1958 development and worth the acorns. Street parking is unrestricted except during the Birchwood Fall Festival, the first Saturday in October, when half the neighborhood parks on lawns instead.

School zone: Fenwick USD 12 — Birchwood Elementary, Fenwick Consolidated Middle & High
Creek path: Walkable along Kettle Creek Road, floods near Alder Street most Marches
