Privacy Policy — Afterglow: Idle Campfire

Afterglow does not require you to sign up with a name, email address, or password. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous account for you automatically, identified only by a randomly generated code ("guest code"). We do not know who you are.

• Game progress: your in-game state (resources, upgrades, achievements, and similar) is stored so it can sync across sessions and, if you use the guest code, across devices.
• Purchases: if you make an in-app purchase, we record the store's transaction details (product purchased, transaction ID, platform) to verify the purchase and prevent fraud. We do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
• Feedback you choose to submit: if you use the in-app "Report a bug" or "Suggest an idea" form, we receive the message you write, tied to your anonymous account.
• Advertising data: Afterglow shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's own privacy policy. Afterglow does not request permission to track you across other apps or websites, and does not itself combine ad data with your game data for tracking purposes.

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
• We don't require login with any third-party account.

You can erase your local game data at any time from Settings. If your account has synced progress to our servers, contact us (below) to request deletion; purchase records may be retained in anonymized form where required for accounting or legal purposes, with any link back to you removed.

Afterglow is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
